After making waves as the frontman of the Sex Pistols, John Lydon went on to spearhead Public Image LTd, and the band is currently celebrating their 40th anniversary with “The Public Image is Rotten: North American Tour.” This week, the tour will be making a multi-day stop in Los Angeles.
Public Image LTD will be performing Saturday, November 3rd at the Fonda Theatre (which is sold out, sorry kids) and Sunday, November 4th at the Observatory in Santa Ana (this one’s NOT sold out! Click here for tickets).
Public Image LTD’s time in Los Angeles concludes on November 7th with a special screening of The Public Image is Rotten, the documentary that chronicled the band’s dynamic career through live performance footage, in-depth interviews, and never-before-seen footage. The best part? After the film’s conclusion, there will be a Q & A session with Lydon himself alongside the documentary’s director, Tabbert Filler.
LA, get on it. Cancel your plans, skip out on work early, do what you gotta do.
